Payment and Returns

Are the items you ordered and received not to your preference, or have you changed your mind? At Nølson you can return the purchased products within 14 days following date of receipt.

Follow these simple steps for returning items:

  1. Fill out the number of items you are returning on the return-form you received with your order.
  2. Fill out the number of your reason for returning the item.
  3. Include the return-form with the item you’re sending back towards us.
  4. Return the item in the original Nølson packaging.
  5. Pack the item in the originally delivered packaging.
  6. Cover your own address details with the label of the carrier that you have chosen. Make sure the package is closed well.

You will receive a confirmation email after the carrier has received your returned items and after Nølson has received the returned item(s).

Exchanging items

Exchanging is unfortunately not possible. If you want to exchange an item for a similar item with a different size or color, please return the item. Then place a separate order for a replacement item on www.nolson.nl.

Return Conditions

The following conditions apply to returning items:

  • Items that have been used cannot be returned.
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging with the tag or sticker still attached.
  • The return-form should be filled out completely and correctly and be included with the returned items.

Nølson can require payment for items that have been damaged.

Refunds, by payment method

If you have returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded by the same payment method you used when ordering. See below for more information:

Creditcard: the purchase amount is automatically returned to your credit card account within 1 to 4 weeks.
PayPal: PayPal automatically processes Refunds.
Bancontact/Mister Cash: the amount is returned to the relevant account within 2 business days.
SOFORT Banking: the amount is returned to the relevant account within 4 business days.
Giropay: the amount is returned to the relevant account within 2 to 4 business days.
Ideal: the amount is returned to the relevant account within 2 business days.
