Fair production

In order to ensure the highest level of product quality and production standards we only work with certified production partners. All our materials and products are produced in certified factories in Shanghai, China.

We believe that a better world starts with the first link within the supply chain. As a young brand and responsible company we believe fair production, entrepreneurship and business starts with choosing the right production partners. Therefore we take high responsibility in every step within the process from production to sales.

Our team has travelled around the world to find the right production partners to ensure social and environmental responsibility within our supply chain. As a brand we believe that a good relationship with all our partners creates a better world and promotes social and environmental sustainability from the start.

Every half year our team travels towards Shanghai to check and ensure every step of production: labor circumstances, material quality, environmental and social responsibility standards.

We are happy to say our material and products are made in Shanghai. We have been working with our partners since the start of this brand in 2016. We have experienced major positive transitions and developments in fashion technology and social responsibility standards over the years. The level of quality that we have accomplished with our production partners has resulted in an awesome and fair long-term relationship.

WRAP certification

WRAP is the world’s largest independent certification program mainly focused on the apparel, footwear, and sewn products sectors.

Becoming a WRAP certified facility involves much more than simply passing an audit. We take a collaborative approach to social compliance certification in which we work with our facilities to ensure that they remain in compliance with our 12 Principles. This does require, however, that all of our facilities actively engage in the process themselves and see to it that effective management systems are maintained to ensure compliance requirements are met.

OEKO-TEX certification

The STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® is a worldwide consistent, independent testing and certification system for raw, semi-finished, and finished textile products at all processing levels, as well as accessory materials used. Examples of articles that can be certified: raw and dyed/finished yarns, woven and knitted fabrics, accessories, such as buttons, zip fasteners, sewing threads or labels, ready-made articles of various types (garments of all types, domestic and household textiles, bed linen, terry products and much more).

FSC certification

One of the best known marks for sustainable forestry is the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC®). Worldwide FSC has 28.000 certificate holders, and over 180 million hectares are FSC certified.  FSC is also acknowlegded by international systems like BREEAM and LEED. Besides this, having a FSC certificate will help your organization to meet the standards for the European Union Timber Regulation (EUTR). The FSC certification is considered the “gold standard” designation for wood harvested from forests that are responsibly managed, socially beneficial, environmentally conscious, and economically viable.
